Information we collect
We may collect personal information that you provide when you submit an enquiry, request investor materials, correspond with us by email or telephone, provide information concerning your firm, role or investor context, or otherwise engage with nSixteen Capital.
This may include your name, organisation, role, work email address, telephone number, correspondence and information relevant to responding to or assessing your enquiry.
[Confirm whether the final Squarespace website or its service providers collect IP addresses, device and browser information, pages viewed, cookies or analytics data. Replace this note with an accurate description before publication.]
We may occasionally receive professional contact information from another person, from a referral or from a publicly available professional source. Where required, we will take reasonable steps to notify you of that collection.
Why we collect it
We may use personal information to:
- respond to enquiries;
- assess requests for investor materials;
- communicate about nSixteen Capital and its investment products where appropriate;
- maintain business and compliance records;
- protect the security and integrity of our website and systems;
- meet legal and regulatory obligations; and
- improve our website and enquiry process.
Providing information through the enquiry form is voluntary. If you do not provide the requested information, we may be unable to respond fully or provide investor materials.
We will not add you to a general marketing or newsletter list unless you have separately agreed to receive those communications.
Who may receive it
Personal information may be accessed by nSixteen Capital personnel and disclosed where reasonably necessary to the Fund's issuer and relevant professional or operational service providers; technology, website-hosting, email and data-storage providers; legal, accounting, compliance and other professional advisers; and regulators, courts or other persons where required or permitted by law.
Some service providers may process or store information outside New Zealand. Where applicable, we will take reasonable steps to ensure overseas disclosure is permitted under the Privacy Act 2020. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and retention
We take reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, misuse, modification or disclosure.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to satisfy applicable legal, regulatory and record-keeping requirements. It is then securely deleted or anonymised.
Access and correction
You may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access to or correction of that information. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Current prototype behaviour
The private staging form prepares an email in the visitor's own mail application. It does not save form entries or provide automated document delivery. Final Squarespace handling and all bracketed privacy details remain mandatory acceptance items before public launch.
